Do you want to be a Vendor at the Awakening Festival?

Thank you for your interest in the Awakening Music Festival. This is the 8th festival and we are going to keep the two day format, which is being held on Sept. 23rd and 24th, 2011 at our NEW location Camp Highroad in Middleburg, VA. Awakening 2011 has limited space available for vendors or organizations interested in displaying information or selling approved products.

 

 

Product/Merchandise Vendors &
NonProfit Groups or Organizations:

The merchandise tent is an area where your company or organization can set up to sell merchandise or to spread the word about your organization. This is a good opportunity for Non-Profit groups to share about their organization even if they dont sell anything. This is a large group of people that you can reach at one time for very little money.

Please read this agreement fully and complete all information regarding your organization. All vendors are accepted at the discretion of the Festival Directors. If you are accepted, you will be notified within two weeks once we receive your application.

Food Vendors:

The Awakening Festival has a wide variety of loyal food vendors. Each year we open the food vending to our previous vendors. If an opening is created and your organization would like to be considered for future Awakening Festivals, please send your contact info and any other information to the address at the bottom of the page. Your information will be put on a list for future consideration and if there is an opening you will be contacted.
