want to purchase. Deadline for mailing orders is August 25th (postmarked).

PRE-EVENT PURCHASE INFO:
* Tickets sold through The Awakening Festival Box Office by phone/internet/mail.
* The Awakening Festival Box Office charges service fees as an independent ticket agency providing festival attendees the convenience of purchasing tickets by phone, fax, mail or online. Service fee applies to all orders.
* Do not mail order form after August 25th. You may place orders by phone/internet (no mail) until September 10th. Unless "Will Call" is requested, default delivery method is US Mail until August 31st. Orders placed from September 1st - September 10th will be held at "Will Call" for pick-up at festival entrance.
* The Awakening Festival Box Office will begin mailing tickets 4-6 weeks before the festival. If you have not received your ticket(s) by September 5th, please call the Box Office at 703-669-5550.
* DO NOT MISPLACE TICKET(S)!! If you lose or misplace ticket(s), you must purchase replacement(s).
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES for Awakening Festival Tickets. This is a rain or shine event. If official CANCELLATION occurs due to inclement weather or natural disaster, Awakening Festival will honor 2008 tickets for 2009. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges if any of the artists cancel. The schedule is subject to change. Reselling of passes on festival property is prohibited. If caught, tickets will be confiscated.
GROUP DISCOUNTS apply to individual transactions only. “Add on” tickets (less than 10) will be handled as separate transactions and will be charged as individual tickets. Group tickets can only be purchased in advance. No group discount tickets will be sold at the gate.
