PRE-EVENT PURCHASE INFO:

Orders received after starting Sept. 14th will be available to pick up at the "Will Call" window at the festival. Please bring your ticket confirmation.

Group Ticket orders on "Will Call" must be picked up together as a group, meaning - no individual group tickets can be picked up. The complete group order must be picked up at one time. The group tickets can be picked up from someone other than the person who ordered the tickets as long as they have the ticket emailed confirmation/receipt.

* DO NOT MISPLACE TICKET(S)!! If you lose or misplace ticket(s), you must purchase replacement(s).

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES for Awakening Festival Tickets. This is a rain or shine event. If official CANCELLATION occurs due to inclement weather or natural disaster, Awakening Festival will honor 2008 tickets for 2009. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges if any of the artists cancel. The schedule is subject to change. Reselling of passes on festival property is prohibited. If caught, tickets will be confiscated.
